On-campus users are authenticated automatically via IP recognition. Remote access is available through your institution's proxy server or by logging in with an institutional email address. We also support federated identity providers for seamless off-campus access.
Support levels scale with your plan. Starter includes email support with 48-hour response times. Professional adds live chat and priority queuing. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager, phone support, and scheduled training sessions for your staff and librarians.
